A bit of a mixed bag

So I stayed for a night and the room was okish. It was kinda cold cause the window wouldn't close and I couldn’t reach it. the hot water thing was a bummer. the meal at the café was surprisingly tasty! Just wish the room had some basic stuff like cutlery or a proper spoon.

The staff were extremely helpful, going out of their way to assist with my needs, including moving me to a more accessible ground floor room after my knee surgery. the room itself lacked some essentials like plates and chairs, and there was only one towel for a double room. maintenance issues, such as a leak in the corridor, were concerning.

Checked in and got hit with a chaotic scene in the parking lot—guys chasing someone with a crowbar! The reception staff were super nice, but the room was pretty shabby. Carpet smelled funky, and the bathroom had mold. Made it through tho, thanks to helpful peeps. Dining was a miss too, nothing around to grab a bite.
